18 Aug - 22 Aug 2012
I hope everyone of you enjoyed your Hari Raya Holiday.
Basically, my holiday was all about food.
First day gataway was a one day trip to Ikea. Unexpectedly, Ikea was crowded and pack like a market.
Took about half an hour to queue up just for lunch.
Swedish Meatball and Chips
Poched salmon with chives sauce
Vegetarian Pasta with Tomato Sauce, dark chocolate cake and a Sunkist Orange juice.
My big fat Carrot can finish 15 meatballs himself!
This is my dream kitchen - white color!
I love this book shelf.
It looks simple yet elegant and it is white in color!!!
I can wash my vege and tamatoes here!
Wish to have one in future.
Feel like myself like an aunty when comes to kitchen but actually I don't cook. However, I am a good assistant in kitchen. Do trust me!
A cup of Moo Cow Rose and Lime ended our first day trip.
Second day gateway was an unstoppable food hunting outing with Carrot family.
From Seremban to Malacca and Malacca to Seremban.
Had Rasah Jaya Bak Ku Teh as lunch.
I never thought the bak ku teh in Seremban can taste so yummy.
Carrot Queen was ordered a Bak Ku Teh without "Bak" (vegetarian Bak Ku Teh) exclusively just for me.
The soup of vegetarian Bak Ku Teh was not bad than the original Bak Ku Teh.
Super yummy! Thumb up!
After that, we went to Lin Kee for the Seremban famous ice kacang at Stall 17, Bazaar.
Good ice must slowly taste!
Headed to Malacca for Ikan Bakar which located at the last unit of open air shop lot after Tesco.
The taste of every dish was irresistibly delicious.
Do have a try if you passed by there!
The chemistry of nasi lemak made all dishes tasted very good.
Sotong
Otak-Otak
Chicken stewed in rice wine.
Spicy stingray with long bean.
Steam Fish.
Before back to Seremban, we had a stroll at Malacca famous night market - Jonker Street.
Had Gelato Ice Cream after back from Malacca.
Melon and Lime.
Ice cream always ended my day perfectly =)
On the third day, went to Pizza Italia at Oakland for lunch.
I wanted to go back this Italian restaurant for long time since my visit last year and finally I were here for their tantalizing food again! Yes! They are expanding from a shop to two.
Aglio-Olio with few big grilled prawns.
Nice!
Do not miss out their yummy creamy spaghetti.
One of the must order dishes.
We ordered two, one was chicken and another one was seafood.
Pizza their signature dish.
Its thick crust was crunchy and topping was simple yet scrumptious.
It was one of the most delicious pizza I've had.
The next day, we had Dim Sum at Tycoon Palace which highly recommended by Yee Hong.
Liu Sa Bao.
Do you believe that as a chinese, this was my first attemp?!
I am always so outdated =(
The buttery smooth salted duck egg yolk sauce squirted out from my mouth when I had my first bite.
I simply love the strong butter taste!
Shrimp Dumpling.
The shrimps were real big and sweet which worth back its price.
Last but not least, I found a delicious popcorn brand named Garrett which its taste way better than the TW Planet but the price is quite high.
Mooncake festival is just around the corner.
Can't wait XD
